Compactor & Baler Parts
Hydraulic Oil Change or Filtration
Hydraulic oil slowly breaks down and becomes contaminated. We can remove the oil from the system, clean the oil tank and add new hydraulic oil or filter the used oil and add back to the oil tank. Our filtration system double filters the oil with a 10 micron filter. Filtration is nearly 50% less expensive than new oil and is environmentally conscious.
Tow Cart Repair
WESSCO performs on-site towable cart repair that includes mending floor holes, installing new floors, straightening and replacing wheels, and tow bars. WESSCO stocks towable parts.
Odor Control & Lifter Service
WESSCO repairs and services odor control systems and cart lifters. We maintained a stock of common parts associated with these accessories.
WESSCO offers a full preventative maintenance program. Our PM program provides a thorough inspection of your equipment. The inspection includes testing of the entire hydraulic and electrical system. Checking for leaks and weak spots in hoses and checking the condition of the hydraulic oil. The inspection also includes greasing all moving parts and cleaning our material behind the ram.
We provide a detailed report of our findings and if needed, recommend repairs and a cost estimate. Problems detected during a PM usually result in a much lower repair cost and prevents a valuable loss of downtime to your equipment.
This is a primary reason for recommending a minimum of three inspections per year. Many of our customers in Oregon and SW Washington have Preventative Maintenance agreements with WESSCO. These agreements cover from one to multiple machines at each site.
We are flexible with each customer and will tailor a PM agreement to suit your needs. If you would like to have WESSCO provide preventative maintenance on your compactor or baler, please call us to discuss your needs and we will provide a preventative maintenance agreement for your review.
